Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Nepal. Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp, we dispatch it — usually the same or next working day.
Times above are typical, not guaranteed. Remote areas and public holidays can add a few days.
Payment
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. We never ask for card details or advance payment.
Returns and replacements
- If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, message us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it at no cost.
- Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept opened packs unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number (it starts with E1-).
Refused deliveries
Cash on delivery only works if parcels are accepted. If you need to cancel, please tell us before we dispatch.
